As a Site Manager in the Warrnambool region, you will be responsible for managing and independently running the operations of a busy construction site. You will supervise and coordinate the construction of homes, ensuring that trades meet quality standards, timelines, and OH&S objectives. Your focus will be on delivering defect-free results and maintaining a culture of customer service and teamwork.
Responsibilities
* Be the primary point of contact for clients during the build stage and responsible for the overall execution and quality finish of homes.
* Manage the overall site performance of home construction processes.
* Partner with your Construction Manager and review each job on Clickhomes, providing support as needed.
* Maximise site production by ensuring sub-contract trade availability.
* Schedule and meet trades on site.
* Proactively resolve build issues and liaise with clients.
* Continuously review building practices and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with cost-management and project-management practices.
* Foster a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork are paramount.
* Ensure build qualities are to the highest standard.
* Hand over keys and settlement pack to customers.

Qualifications
* Experience as a Site Manager in the residential building industry (desirable).
* Strong project management skills, knowledge of building regulations, OHS regulations, and QA systems.
* Experience developing and managing organisational and external networks, particularly with highly sought-after trades.
* Customer focus and exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.
* Well-versed in new-home contracts.
* Ability to communicate professionally, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
* High level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks.
