Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be working closely with other technical teams, key stakeholders & management, undertaking the following roles:

- Assisting in the development & maintenance of contract statements of work (SoW), contract deliverables list, contract status reports (CSR), contract master schedules (CMS), as well as tasks derived from the work breakdown structure (WBS) and effective maintenance of progress reviews and project risks, in collaboration with the Project Manager and Senior Project Scheduler.
- Work in constant collaboration with Project Managers (PM) to develop & maintain effective & accurate estimations of time & cost targets, in line with effective project monitoring standards.
- Understand how to liaise with key stakeholders and technical specialists across engineering, tracking of progress across tasks, while providing project scoping & material readiness of daily project & staff schedules.
- Be able to take on other tasks across the projects as required i.e., provide bid support as it relates to contract terms and scope of work in executable plans, including project financial plans. _(Working under the guidance of Project and Operations Managers, and other key stakeholders)_
- Regular reporting to the CEO, Business Development Managers, and Project Manager on cost forecast, progress, and risk management. _(Familiarisation with valuable Risk Management practices - desirable but not essential)_
- Attend training courses to aid personal development, identified by the line manager or during Bi-Annual appraisals.

**_Your background_**

To be successful in this role, you will have a:

- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, Project Coordination or other relevant fields.
- Has experience working in scheduling roles or across project planning/coordination, delivering effective and accurate on-time deliverables, to project deadlines.
- Has experience liaising with technical specialists, management, and executive staff, across large projects confirming technical & non-technical requirements and ensuring any risks are appropriately tracked across the design to production processes.
- Enjoys learning across a technically complex environment, while adding to the collaborative nature of the organisation.
- Experience with complex projects, with an understanding of Microsoft Project or similar systems.
