Duties & Responsibilities
Administrative Support
* Manage and coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Handle email management, including sorting, responding, and flagging important messages.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
* Organize digital files and maintain document management systems.
* Conduct online research and compile relevant data as needed.
Voice-Based Assistance
* Answer and screen calls, taking messages or redirecting inquiries appropriately.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings and provide follow-ups with clients, partners, and team members.
* Assist with customer service tasks, handling inquiries, and basic troubleshooting.
Social Media & Marketing Support
* Manage and schedule content across various social media platforms.
* Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and track analytics.
* Assist in creating marketing materials such as social media posts and email campaigns.
* Support email marketing efforts, including campaign setup and audience segmentation.
* Conduct prospect research and maintain CRM databases.
* Follow up with leads, schedule discovery calls, and set reminders for follow-ups.
* Assist with proposal creation, presentations, and client onboarding.
* Provide administrative support for sales and marketing initiatives.
General Support & Process Improvement
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
* Stay updated on industry tools and best practices to enhance workflow.
* Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned to support business objectives.
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Preferably a bachelor's degree holder.
* At least 6 months of related work experience in administrative, sales, or marketing roles.
* Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools.
* Experience with CRM systems, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
