Data#3 is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to drive growth across enterprise customers. This role is perfect for a high-performing sales professional who thrives on building strong relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and helping organisations achieve meaningful digital transformation outcomes.
You'll represent the full spectrum of Data#3's IT Infrastructure and Services portfolio, working closely with industry-leading vendors including Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, HPE, HP Inc., and NetApp. This is your opportunity to play a key role in designing secure, modern, and scalable solutions for enterprise customers across Queensland
In this role you will:
Territory Leadership & Growth
* Manage and grow a portfolio of QLD Enterprise accounts.
* Develop strategic account plans that align to customer goals and transformation agendas.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships across existing clients.
Promote solutions across the full Data#3 portfolio, including:
* Modern Work (collaboration, productivity, endpoint management)
* Networking Solutions
* Security Solutions (cybersecurity, identity, governance, threat protection)
* Leverage strong partnerships with Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, HPE, HP Inc., and NetApp.
* Work with vendor teams to drive joint strategies, funding programs, and go‐to‐market activities.
* Build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders across enterprise organisations, with a focus on opening new accounts.
* Lead conversations around digital transformation, cloud adoption, and infrastructure modernisation.
* Coordinate with internal specialists, architects, and services teams to deliver end‐to‐end solutions.
Commercial Accountability
* Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and pipeline creation through to forecasting, proposals, and deal closure.
* Drive new business growth, with accountability for developing and converting a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
* Lead commercial negotiations and contracting, with the ability to navigate complex enterprise agreements.
* Achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets across your territory.
About You:
* Proven track record in winning net‐new enterprise business, with a strong focus on new logo acquisition
* Demonstrated success selling complex IT infrastructure solutions and services across multiple domains
* Highly proactive hunter mindset, skilled in prospecting, lead generation, and building pipeline from scratch
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify, qualify, and close high‐value opportunities
* Confident communicator, able to translate technical solutions into clear business outcomes for senior stakeholders
* Collaborative, working effectively with vendor partners and internal solution teams (Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, HPE, HP Inc., NetApp)
* Self‐driven and resilient, with strong capability in negotiation, forecasting, and pipeline management
