The Practice
Choose your own adventure with either a salaried role or an independent contractor arrangement, providing high‐quality primary care in a general practice setting. You will also be involved in emergency and hospital work, supported by the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) and West Australian Country Health Service (WACHS) Emergency Telehealth Services. Your work includes 24/7 on‐call cover for emergencies on a 1:3 roster as well as all aspects of general practice booked appointments, walk‐ins, occupational health medical assessments, acute injury treatment and management. With a high prevalence of women's and children's health, mental health, chronic disease management, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health or skin work, general practitioners with special interests in these areas have increased earning potential.
* Monday to Friday GP sessions + Saturday AM
* Shared 1:3 or 1:2 ED on call (0800-0800)

The Requirements
Current unconditional general or specialist registration as a medical practitioner with AHPRA.
The Package

* Earn up to 70% of mixed billings + up to $2700 per on‐call shift

* Practice is supported by visiting allied health, and registered nurses to assist with CDM, immunisations and occupational health
