* Uphold compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing requirements
Requirements:
* Previous experience in restaurant or F&B management
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* High attention to detail and hands-on approach to service
* Solid understanding of stock control, rostering, and service standards
* Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate
* Passion for hospitality and a genuine focus on guest satisfaction
