Job Description
Prepare and manage financial reports for property portfolios.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
Reconcile bank accounts and manage cash flow activities.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial insights and support.
Maintain accurate and organised financial records.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Property Accountant should have:
Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Proven experience in property accounting or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
