Role Summary
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will manage a diverse and established customer portfolio across the North Queensland region. This end‐to‐end sales role balances long‐term relationship management with new business development, building meaningful partnerships that drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, delivering tailored sales solutions that meet customer needs
* Influence internal and external stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes
* Prepare quotes for ad‐hoc and long‐term account customers
* Provide input and assistance with tender responses where required
* Manage safety, credit and contractual risk
* Ensure clarity and accountability in the role, delivering results aligned with organisational goals
* Exceed KPI targets for operating margin and sales volume
* Develop and action key sales management plans
* Engage in sales training and development programs
Preferred Qualifications
* Current C Class driver's licence (minimum requirement)
* While a formal business qualification is valued, it is not required; candidates with relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply
* Minimum five years of B2B sales experience in the fuel industry or related sector such as transport and logistics, with a technical sales background
* Sound business acumen with the ability to prospect and build an opportunity pipeline, business relationships and to foster a profile across the business and customer landscape
* Knowledge of fuel products, lubricants and associated fuel storage solutions is highly desirable
* Ability to travel regionally across North Queensland, including frequent overnight stays
* Ability to develop good working relationships with operational staff across a network of regional depots
* Experience with CRM and sound skills in MS Office suite
* Comfortable with monthly, quarterly and annual budgets across KPI's
