MEGT is partnering with a high-performing industry leader to recruit an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Apprentice working across Perth, WA.
About the role: This apprenticeship will challenge you every day with new systems, new skills and new opportunities. While travelling across sites, you'll gain hands-on experience and develop practical skills in the UPS industry, typically in the Data Centre market servicing and maintaining systems.
Responsibilities include:
* Advanced fault-finding and real-world problem solving
* Installing cabling, wiring, and power/optic systems
* Working on grid systems and switchboards while engaging directly with customers
What we're looking for:
* A naturally curious, intelligent and curious-minded individual with strong initiative and problem-solving ability
* Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
* Hands-on and mechanically minded, comfortable using tools, practical in nature, and eager to learn on-site every day
* Flexible and reliable
* Willing to travel locally and remote as required
* Holds a current and valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
