Junior Office Administrator
We are currently seeking a friendly, organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently to support a busy office environment and takes pride in creating a professional and welcoming workplace.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general office administration and reception support
* Answering and directing phone calls
* Perform data entry and maintain electronic records
* Order office supplies and assist with office-wide upkeep and presentation
* Provide responsive ad‐hoc administrative support to managers and the wider team
The Successful Applicant Will
* Have previous office administration or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
* Be well organised with strong attention to detail
* Enjoy supporting people and creating a positive first impression
* Take pride in maintaining a tidy and professional office environment
* Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
* Be reliable, proactive and willing to learn
* Be able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Full Xero training will be provided, experience is desired but not essential.
