Salary: $82,106 – $110,143 per annum + annual leave loading & superannuation + vehicle options + laptop + additional salary boost up to $10,000.

About the Role
We are looking for a speech pathologist to deliver life‑changing speech pathology to NDIS participants, supporting adolescents and young adults aged 10‑24 as they navigate life with a disability. Full‑time employment is the focus, but part‑time arrangements will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide assessment, therapy planning and intervention in diverse settings including homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces and community centres.
* Utilise evidence‑based measurement tools to design and implement individualized therapy plans that maximise participants' goals and NDIS funding.
* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
* Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends).
* Attend weekly team meetings at the Hub to share stories of impact and collaborate with colleagues.
* Leverage the knowledge and support of a Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent.
* Current SPA registration.
* A positive, flexible approach to work.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Commitment to personal and professional development.
* Valid driver's licence.
* NDIS Workers Screening Check.
* Working with Children Check.
* Experience working in the NDIS or disability sector is preferred but not essential.
