The Opportunity

You'll get to choose your path: in-workshop, on-site, or a hybrid. On-site roles come with freedom, autonomy, and variety, not just repetitive tasks.
Your core work will involve servicing, diagnosing, and repairing high-pressure cleaners, water jetting systems, and related electric/combustion machinery across industrial, commercial, and municipal applications.
Key Responsibilities
Perform servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and overhauls on Jetwave high-pressure and water jetting equipment (electric, petrol, diesel).
Test and commission machines to Jetwave's technical standards.
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
Maintain comprehensive service records, test sheets, and reports.
Advance and contribute to technical improvements, upgrades, and internal workshop projects.
Liaise with other staff, suppliers, and technical teams to source parts and support.
When onsite, interact with clients, diagnose in the field, and deliver service directly.
What We're Looking For
We want applicants of varying seniorities. To succeed, you should have:
A genuine interest in mechanical, hydraulic or electrical systems.
An ability to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
A valid driver's license.
Dependability, safety awareness, and good communication skills.
Bonus / desirable skills
Experience in pressure washers, pumps, motors, hydraulics, or small engine servicing.
Field service or onsite experience.
Electrical wiring or motor control experience.
Trade qualification (mechanic, electrician, technician) or equivalent experience.
