We're looking for a creative and data-driven Loyalty Marketing Manager to lead the growth and engagement of our clients new customer loyalty program. This role is responsible for driving member acquisition, enhancing lifecycle journeys, and delivering targeted campaigns that increase engagement, repeat visits, and revenue.
You'll work cross-functionally to bring our loyalty strategy to life ensuring a seamless and rewarding member experience.
Key Responsibilities Member Acquisition
* Develop and execute sign-up campaigns to grow the loyalty member base
* Enable and support venue staff to drive in-person sign-ups
* Launch and optimise referral campaigns
* Lead loyalty program launch communications and onboarding initiatives.
Lifecycle Journeys
* Design and optimise member lifecycle journeys, including:
* Welcome and onboarding flows
* First visit conversion strategies
* Inactivity and reactivation campaigns
* Tier progression and engagement reminders
Campaigns & Offers
* Plan and execute loyalty campaigns such as:
* Dining and experiential offers
* Seasonal and event-based promotions
* Build and manage customer segments, including:
* Venue-based preferences
* Lapsed and at-risk members
* Tier-based targeting strategies
Communications Planning
* Own and manage the loyalty communications calendar across:
* Push notifications
* In-venue marketing channels
* Ensure consistent, timely, and relevant messaging across all touch points.
Performance & Optimisation
* Track and report on key loyalty metrics, including:
* Member-driven revenue
* Use insights to continuously optimise campaigns and lifecycle strategies.
About You
* Proven experience in loyalty, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
* Strong understanding of customer segmentation and personalisation
* Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app, etc.)
* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
* Ability to collaborate across marketing, operations, and venue teams
* Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer-focused industries is a plus
