**A day in the life**
As the Cape Restaurant Duty Manager you'll be leading a team that provides the highest level of service. With our continuously evolving menu and only offering a 5-Course and 8-Course tasting menu it is an exceptional chance to let your imagination run wild. Cape isn't just a restaurant for its guests, it's an experience.
We're looking for someone who is adaptable and able to have a presence across the resort not just in Cape itself. Supporting the food & beverage team, including samphire when required, is a big part of the role. Your passion for hospitality will be a motivational tool for others to aspire to.

**We're looking for**
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within a premium dining restaurant.
- Extensive food, wine & beverage knowledge
- A genuine love of the hospitality industry
- A confident leader who has prior experience in mentoring and guiding a team to provide a memorable experience for guests
- A hands-on approach to ensure smooth daily operations
- Exceptional communication skills
- Availability and willingness to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Full working rights in Australia
