We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Clinical Nurse to join our special aged care community at St Andrews, Tallebudgera. The location in the Gold Coast needs no introduction. About you:
As the Clinical Nurse, you will build strong relationships with staff, residents, stakeholders and families.
The ideal candidate for this position will hold unrestricted AHPRA Registration (Nursing) and have a minimum of two years' experience working in Aged Care. You must have sound experience in wound management and clinical documentation.
Above all, you must be passionate about providing exceptional care to our elderly residents.
Responsibilities:
As the Clinical Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring compliance with AN-ACC Funding and Aged Care Accreditation Standards
* Providing guidance and support to the nursing team
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
* Participating in quality improvement activities
* Contributing to the ongoing professional development of the team
* Available for on-call
