About The Role

This is a permanent full time role (38 hpw) based Wagga Wagga. This role supports the implementation of the Early Career Clinician Training Program across GPH services based in Wagga Wagga and Young. You will support student and graduate placements. The role is designed to increase senior clinician support for students and facilitate connections to universities.

Skills & Experience

* Current full AHPRA registration as a clinical psychologist, registered psychologist or occupational therapist (accredited with OTA as meeting the Australian Competency Standards for occupational therapists in mental health), or a Social Worker with minimum 2 years post graduate experience in mental health service delivery (and eligible for accreditation with the AASW as a mental health social worker).
* Demonstrated advanced level mental health clinical experience in mental health service delivery with demonstrated skills and experience in providing a range of holistic, recovery‐oriented, evidence‐based therapeutic services.
* Demonstrated skills in professional supervision, field supervision, coaching and mentoring.
* Experience in coordinating and facilitating student placements.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to engage with external stakeholders and develop relationships/partnerships with organisations such as universities.
