We operate in the Capital region, Snowy Mountains, South Coast and Newcastle and we support local social enterprises through our partnership with The Mill House Ventures.

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing project work for Service One Mutual and its subsidiary companies. Reporting directly to the CEO, this a dynamic and wide-ranging role, supporting community initiatives across numerous specialist areas, from small-scale activities to more complex projects.
Responsibilities - General
* Manage projects across the Service One group of companies from inception through to completion.
* Produce planning documents to monitor and track projects, ensuring workstreams meet required timelines and remain within budget.
* Prepare project briefing papers and presentations for the CEO to deliver to the Board of Directors.
* Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to assist with projects within their areas of responsibility, for example in the community engagement and marketing spheres.
* Liaise with and develop positive working relationships with external organisations and subject matter experts, including local businesses, not-for-profits, community groups, agencies and charities.
* Prepare marketing material and post social media updates to support project activity.
* Attend meetings as directed by the CEO, taking minutes where required.
* Represent Service One Mutual at events held by partner organisations, sometimes outside business hours.
Responsibilities - Specific
* Manage the StreetBeat campaign to install publicly available AEDs. Co-ordinate all project activity and maintain spreadsheets to track progress. Liaise with St John Ambulance to procure equipment, local government departments to organise site visits, contractors to arrange installations and fundraisers to promote the campaign. In concert with Funraisin, operate the website, write copy and update content. Reconcile finances with partners as required and organise the annual campaign launch.
* Produce community editions of the Monopoly board game. Liaise with Winning Moves, the game producers, create and share the game prospectus with potential sponsors. Co-ordinate sponsorship agreements, the receipt of artwork and provide input to the game design. Organise the photograph competition, design the enclosed leaflet and check all proofs. Work with charities and Community Bank staff on the ground. Plan and coordinate the game launch event, marketing, logistics and sales.
* Assist in the production of the quarterly Service One Mutual newsletter for members and the Service One group newsletter for staff and arrange distribution in hard and soft copy.
