Guest Services Attendant (Housekeeping) | Mermaid Waters Hotel
We're searching for a Housekeeper known for their work ethic and efficiency to join our team at Mermaid Waters. Primary focus on housekeeping and room presentation.
Rotational shift position mainly from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, offering great daytime hours. Flexible availability across Mondays to Fridays, weekends and public holidays as required by the roster. If you have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in creating an immaculate, welcoming environment for our guests, we want to hear from you.
A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:
* Making every room feel like home away from home
* Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
* Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
* Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests
Inherent requirements:
* Hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
