About the Role
We are seeking a driven Account Executive – Renewables to join our growing Power Systems business, supporting one of our most exciting and strategic growth segments. In this role, you will build early‐stage pipelines, develop strong customer relationships, and drive go‐to‐market strategies across solar, wind, BESS, and emerging renewable projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute go‐to‐market strategies, building a strong pipeline and converting opportunities across the Renewables sector
* Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including End Users, EPCs, consultants, contractors, and channel partners
* Identify customer needs and articulate tailored solutions across MV products, services, and digital offers
* Collaborate with internal teams (technical SMEs, marketing, adjacent businesses) to maximise portfolio value and win projects
* Lead commercial discussions including pricing, contract negotiations, and deal structuring
* Stay connected to industry trends, market developments, and key renewable opportunities
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a target‐driven sales role (Account Manager or Business Development)
* Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders from mid‐level to C‐suite
* Experience working with End Users, EPCs, Electrical Contractors, or Switchboard Builders
* Knowledge of Renewables sector (e.g., Solar, Wind, BESS, Microgrid) and project sales cycles
* Exposure to MV products/solutions or construction project sales (preferred)
* Tertiary qualifications (Business, Engineering, Marketing) and CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) advantageous
