About the Role
Operating within Digital Innovation & Change, the Technical Delivery Partner ensures predictable, coordinated and transparent delivery across the CRM, Service Management (ServiceNow) and AI & Automation platform teams. Reporting to the National Manager - Digital Innovation & Change, this position will establish consistent intake, triage, planning and reporting practices to enable IT teams to maintain prioritised backlogs, manage dependencies and operate with clear delivery rhythms to meet ACU business objectives. Acting as the front door for new demand into Digital Innovation, the Technical Delivery Partner will reduce coordination overhead for platform leads and architects allowing them to focus on technical leadership, platform evolution and stakeholder engagement. The role also works collaboratively to support teams in applying agile and iterative practices, improving delivery flow and enhancing cross-team alignment.

* Total remuneration valued to $138,111 - $154,409 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $116,706 - $130,478 (pro rata) pa (HEW 8), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
* 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
* Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
