About the Role
Our client is seeking a Project Architect to lead multi-residential projects from concept to completion. You’ll oversee all phases of project delivery, manage consultants and client relationships, guide teams through documentation, and ensure design integrity is carried through to the built outcome.
About You
- Proven experience leading multi-residential projects at scale
- Strong Revit capability and technical knowledge
- Confident communicator with excellent client and consultant liaison skills
- Ability to mentor and support junior architects while driving project success
- Flexibility to balance work and life commitments
- A supportive, design-driven culture with a strong sense of community
- Long-term career development in a business with high staff retention
- Well established practice with prestigious projects and strong pipeline
