Description
* Launch and scale a new agriculture‐focused vertical on a national basis in this newly created role
* Build direct relationships with farmers, growers and producers across key crops
* Develop a national supplier network and manage sourcing from growers
* Sell chemical and additive solutions into the agricultural market
* Manage both buy‐side and sell‐side commercial activity
* Drive sustainable growth, supply consistency and commercial performance
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to support long‐term market entry and scale
Profile
* Proven experience in agribusiness or agricultural sales
* Existing network across farmers, growers or agricultural supply chains
* Strong understanding of agricultural cycles, buying behaviours and long sales processes
* Commercially astute with the ability to manage two‐sided markets
* Relationship‐driven, credible and comfortable engaging directly with producers
* Motivated by long‐term growth, culture and progression into leadership
