Solutions Specialist – Spare Parts | 4x4 | Performance | 12V | Lighting | Audio
We are looking for an experienced automotive specialist who can take ownership of customer solutions and deliver results from day one.
Responsibilities
* Turn customer enquiries into complete, fit‐for‐purpose solutions.
* Guide customers through product options across key categories.
* Provide hands‐on support and minor fitments (batteries, globes, wipers, accessories).
* Operate independently on the shop floor while contributing to a high‐performing team environment.
* Deliver strong results across key KPIs: customer conversion, average transaction value, store/product presentation and cleanliness.
* Provide practical advice on installs (audio, lighting, 12V systems) or coordinate bookings for completion.
Qualifications
* Real automotive or aftermarket experience (retail, workshop, or installations).
* Ability to hit the ground running with minimal direction.
* Solution‐oriented mindset rather than transaction focus.
* Clear communication of technical information in a practical manner.
* Ownership mentality: identify and resolve issues.
* Team‐player contributing to a results‐driven environment.
* Motivation to improve and exceed expectations.
