This includes everything from Safety and Compliance to Leadership, Personal Development, Product Knowledge, Selling and more .This is a hands-on role where y ou'll get the chance to walk in the shoes of the people you're designing for, to better understand their world and needs. It requires excellent stakeholder management along with the creativity and skill to turn complex information into effective learning experiences. We're a team that takes pride in delivering high- quality work, whilst ensuring we have plenty of laughs along the way.About youThis position will suit someone with experience in learning design, ideally within a large, complex organisation.
