Job Description
OVV Properties Pty Ltd Hotel or Motel Manager oversees daily operations of accommodation and hospitality services, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction, efficient business performance, and compliance with all regulatory requirements. The role involves managing staff, coordinating front office, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage operations, controlling budgets, and maintaining a safe, customer‐focused, high‐quality service environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Managing daily operations across accommodation services, including front office, reservations, housekeeping, and in‐room services.
* Coordinating food and beverage operations such as bar, restaurant, conferences, and special events to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Monitoring compliance with liquor licensing, gaming regulations, and all relevant legislative requirements.
* Managing booking channels and optimizing occupancy through pricing and availability strategies.
* Supervising property upkeep, including maintenance of buildings, gardens, and overall facility presentation.
* Implementing and monitoring security procedures to safeguard guests, staff, and assets.
* Evaluating guest feedback and service standards to improve customer satisfaction and operational performance.
* Ensuring adherence to workplace health and safety policies and regulatory obligations.
* Coordinating property maintenance and liaising with contractors to ensure villas are well‐presented and operational at all times.
* Providing guests with information about local attractions and services and organising tours or transport arrangements where required.
Qualifications & Requirements
* AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum 1 year experience as a Hotel and Motel Manager or in a relevant field.
* Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Working Hours: Full‐time position, 38 hours per week.
