Your role as a Customer Advisor puts you in the driver's seat of ourservice delivery, giving you the autonomy to do what you do best - helping customers achieve their banking goals.

Whetheryou’reassistingcustomers with transactions, educating them about our onlineplatformsor recommending products and services that best suit their needs,you’llvalue how it feels to make a difference in people’s lives.

In this dynamic and high-impact role,you’llmake your mark by:

- Exploring customers’ needs through in-depth conversations to help them achieve their financial goals and partnering with different specialists within the branch
- Keeping up with constant change.You’llsupport our customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offerings
- Being the face of the branch and customer service. Become our customer’s go-to person for anything from processing transactions, handling cash, investigatingqueriesorassistingwith paperwork, all while keeping risk considerations at the forefront

This is a fixed term contract, part-time positionlocatedin Devonport. The roster is 65 hours per fortnight, 5 days per week.

The roster details are:

Monday 09:30am to 05:00pm

Tuesday 09:00am to 04:15pm

Wednesday 09:30am to 05:00pm

Thursday 09:00am to 04:15pm

Friday 09:30am to 04:15pm

Whatyou’llbring to the role

To succeed in this role,you’llconsistently deliver exceptional customer service.We’dlove you to have:

- Experience in customer service workplace and the ability to achieve targets
- Strong attention to detail to ensure secure,accuratetransactions with a risk mindset
- Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone
- Eagerness to understand and communicate what makes our bank different
- Drive for collaboration -mateshipis crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals
- Experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus but certainly not essential
