Duties and Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales and operational goals.
* Develop and execute branch strategies aligned with regional and state objectives.
* Manage financial performance, including P&L, cost control, and inventory.
* Ensure excellent customer service and swift resolution of customer inquiries.
* Champion workplace safety, compliance, and team wellbeing.
* Coordinate staff training, recruitment, payroll, and HR activities in partnership with relevant departments.
* Maintain accurate reporting and communication with senior management.
Who Are You?
* Proven track record in sales, branch management, or similar roles.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Exceptional people management and leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Current and valid Australian driver’s license.
* Intermediate level computer literacy.
* Experience or knowledge with industrial/bearing or power transmission products is advantageous.
