About The Role
The Senior Administrative Officer is responsible for providing a range of efficient and effective administrative support services for their local Student Support Service office. They will be supervised and supported by a Business Support Partner and give line supervision to administrative officers. The role also provides administrative assistance to support the day‐to‐day coordination of office activities, meets relevant work priorities and outcomes, contributes to client service delivery, and supports efficient work practices within the office.

Desirable Qualifications
* Experience in executive office or office management settings.
Special Conditions
* Must obtain a Department for Human Services (DHS) work‐with‐children check (WWCC) prior to employment, to be renewed every five years.
* Must complete RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online Fundamentals course, updated every three years.
Remuneration
ASO3 $71,589 – $76,033 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) and leave loading. This is a full‐time (1.0 FTE) ongoing role.
