Multiple positions have become available to join one of the worlds leading CRO's. This company have been in the industry for over 20 years and have a huge stamp in the oncology space, as well as other areas, being involved in some of the most successful products onto market.
As part of the Core team, you will be working on multiple projects, experiencing different sites, and networking across multiple sponsors and so can help upskill and promote healthy progression.
This company also have a training g programme in place for CRA's to progress to Associate CPM without time limitations (skills-based progression).
You will be responsible for conducting 6-8 site visits per month and so offer a positive work life balance.
They are hiring for a Senior CRA / Principal CRA depending on your experience level. This role will suit someone with at least 3 years independent monitoring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on global clinical trials across phases I-III, across oncology, cardiovascular, neurology and other therapeutic areas.
- Independently conduct regular site visits, this includes site selection, initiation, monitoring, through to close out and database lock.
- Responsible for ensuring correct clinical documentation, such as CRF, to ensure sites are compliant in line with relevant industry guidelines.
Required Skillset:
- At least one year experience working as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) in the pharmaceutical/life science industry.
- Degree educated in a related scientific field.
- Experienced independent monitoring.
Confirmed Title and Salary:
- Title: Senior CRA, Principal CRA
- Salary: Circa $135k (depending on experience level)
- Location: Perth or Adelaide (South Australia, Western Australia)
