We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will provide focused psychological strategies tailored to meet the individual needs of people accessing our service within a community-based mental health care setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop brief and ongoing interventions to support individuals with mental health issues
* Collaborate with health professionals to plan and coordinate individualized psychosocial interventions based on a case formulation approach
* Participate in active communication and teamwork with consumers, families/carers, and extended agencies to achieve shared goals

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the public, non-government, and private mental health systems and programs. They will also have demonstrated experience in providing alcohol and other drugs (AOD) counselling and support, as well as exceptional verbal communication and writing skills.
