About This Opportunity
* Obtain quotes, book and action daily dispatches across multiple business units while ensuring full compliance with the Perth Mint Prudential Management Policy and Australian Customs Regulations;
* Provide the most time‐efficient and cost‐effective freight solutions for all domestic and international consignments;
* Act as a key point of contact for internal departments across both the East Perth and Refinery sites as well as external customers, suppliers and 3PL providers;
* Manage customer and supplier claims through to thorough and satisfactory resolution;
* Support reverse logistics for rejected or returned products;
* Prepare and maintain accurate electronic shipping documentation and ensure all records are stored for audit compliance;
* Assist with logistics reporting and maintain spreadsheets, databases and freight rate matrices;
* Track logistics costs while performing accurate reconciliation of logistics invoices.
About You
* Excellent customer service, strong interpersonal and written communication skills, effective stakeholder management, solid time‐management capabilities, and a high level of computer literacy;
* Completed Year 12 or equivalent, able to obtain a White ASIC Card (which can be arranged);
* Experience in administration and logistics.
