Responsibilities
* Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with energy and a top‐tier service mindset.
* Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement.
* Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed.
* Take pride in your venue, keeping it well‐stocked and ready to impress at all times.
* Own your space: be trained in all areas and bring your A‐game whether you're behind the bar, at reception, or running a function.
* Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and teammates safe.
* Seize opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests' needs.
Qualifications
* Uniqueness and a passion for fun.
* Energy, enthusiasm, positivity — and bucketloads of it.
* Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport.
* Love of interacting with a diverse range of guests: teens, kids, and adults.
* Great availability: must be available on weekends and nights.
* A valid RSA and WWCC or willingness to obtain them.
