Responsibilities
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Lawyer (2‑5 PQE) to join our market‑leading Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets team in Perth. You will work closely with our highly regarded Corporate Partners and a team of experienced lawyers who are passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and fostering professional growth.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, equity capital markets advice, ASX listings, control transactions, takeover responses and corporate advisory matters. Working alongside market leaders in the Perth corporate space with deep expertise in both domestic and cross‑border transactions, you will play a key role in structuring, drafting, and negotiating corporate transactions. The position is a hands‑on role that will provide you with the opportunity to work on high‑profile and emerging client deals with a particular focus on the resources sector, including critical minerals.
Qualifications
* 2‑5 years’ post‑qualification experience in Corporate M&A and Capital Markets, ideally gained in a top‑tier or reputable firm environment.
* A strong academic record.
* The ability to manage competing priorities across multiple busy matters.
* A client‑focused mindset and a strong work ethic.
* Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills to build strong client relationships and contribute to a positive team environment.
