Role Overview:
The role provides administrative support in the coordination and efficient operation of the Hospitals North Staff Health Program, including accurate entry and collating of patient information system data and performing duties in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver prompt, sensitive and confidential customer service.
* Coordinate administrative aspects of the Staff Health program.
* Perform data entry and manage the Staff Health database, including reporting functions.
* Ensure compliance with clinical, financial, administrative and infection prevention and control requirements.
Qualifications:
* High level communication skills with proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Experience with patient information management systems and databases, or the ability to quickly acquire this knowledge.
* Experience performing clerical and administrative tasks to a high degree of accuracy.
