The role
We're looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to keep our NSW team running smoothly. You'll be the link between our allocators, driver contractors, customer service team, and external clients — making sure freight moves on time and service standards stay high. This role is for the PM shift.
What You'll Be Doing
* Day-to-day supervision of NSW allocators and owner-driver contractors
* Ensuring road and air linehaul cut-off times are met daily
* Reporting on DIFOT, tracking driver absences, and supporting data analysis
* Maintaining contractor compliance and documentation under CoR laws
* Liaising with hospitals, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly
* Supporting freight consolidation at peak periods
* Contributing to non-conformance investigations
* Assisting the finance team with contractor invoicing queries
What we're looking for
* Allocator experience in a fast-paced logistics environment
* Strong geographical knowledge of Australia
* Familiarity with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) laws
* Confident decision-maker who stays calm under pressure
* Great communicator — internally and with clients
* Proactive problem-solver
* Experience with a national courier company (a bonus)
