The Role
We're seeking a passionate, creative, and dynamic Membership & Content Manager to lead the growth of our wine clubs, database sales, and member experience. Based in Fremantle's West End Heritage precinct (with occasional travel to the Great Southern), this role blends marketing, storytelling, and relationship-building and offering the chance to help shape the future of one of WA's most respected wine brands.
Key Responsibilities
* Grow Membership: Develop and deliver creative campaigns to attract, engage, and retain wine club members.
* Curate Experiences: Plan engaging events and tastings in Perth metro and Fremantle including intimate Fremantle cellar gatherings and work with our Mount Barker Cellar Door for exclusive Great Southern experiences.
* Brand Storytelling: Craft compelling content that showcases our heritage, people, and wines. Manage social media and content calendars aligned with seasonal campaigns and brand activation
* Database & DTC Sales: Maintain and optimise our customer database, driving personalised engagement and direct-to-consumer sales through innovative EDMs and digital initiatives.
* Partnerships: Build and nurture corporate, sponsorship, and collaboration opportunities that enhance brand reach and prestige.
* Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional communication and service, ensuring members feel valued and connected to the Plantagenet story.
About You
You are:
* Energetic, outgoing, and passionate about premium wine.
* Experienced in marketing, direct sales, or membership growth roles, ideally with experience with Shopify, Winehub & Klaviyo
* A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* A natural storyteller who understands brand building and audience engagement.
* Organised, proactive, and collaborative with a creative mindset.

* Location: Fremantle, WA (with occasional travel to the Great Southern)
* Hours: Part-time, flexible – 3 days per week (0.6 FTE)
