Overview
We are seeking a passionate and proactive People & Culture Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. This role supports the full spectrum of employee experience, with a strong focus on engagement, wellbeing, onboarding, and performance support. You will collaborate across the organisation to ensure our people practices reflect our values and enhance our employee experience.

Responsibilities
* Design and deliver initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and belonging
* Coordinate and continuously improve onboarding, offboarding, and milestone experiences (e.g., anniversaries, promotions)
* Partner with Director People & Culture to track and act on feedback from engagement surveys and employee check-ins
* Provide day-to-day HR support and advice to employees and line managers on policies, procedures, and best practices
* Guide line managers through performance management, employee relations, and case management
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create consistent, high-quality people experiences aligned with our values and culture
* Support internal communications and culture initiatives (e.g., events, recognition programs, DEI efforts)
* Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure compliance with legal and organisational requirements
* Assist with policy rollout, internal campaigns, and continuous improvement of people-related processes
* Prepare reports, data analysis, and insights to support decision-making
* Support learning and development initiatives and cyclical HR programs
* Support fortnightly payroll activities
About You
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
* 2–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role or similar, ideally in a fast-paced or values-led environment
* Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and people operations
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
* High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
