Qualifications
* Servicenow technical team lead background
* ServiceNow platform experience
* Experience leading a team
* ITSM modules - Incident, Change, Problem experience
* GRC / IRM experience
* ServiceNow engineering, scripting, workflows, integrations & platform customisation experience
* Experience in enterprise scale environments and stakeholder engagement
* Strong end to end ServiceNow engineering capability
* Enterprise transformation experience
* ServiceNow Certification would be an advantage
* Enterprise delivery experience and strong platform knowledge
