About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and well connected Business Development Manager (BDM) Novated Leasing to join Savvys growing salary packaging and novated leasing division. This role is focused on driving new business acquisition by building strong partnerships across employers, HR leaders, salary packaging contacts, fleet managers, and referral networks.
As a Novated Leasing BDM, you will identify opportunities, introduce Savvys market leading novated lease offering, and help organisations enhance their employee benefits programs through accessible and tax effective vehicle solutions.
You will be supported by an experienced internal team who manage quoting, packaging, compliance, and settlements, allowing you to focus on growth, relationships, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and acquire new employer relationships and referral partners for novated leasing.
- Build strong, long term relationships with HR managers, CFOs, CEOs, business owners, and fleet and benefits managers.
- Present Savvys novated leasing program to organisations and key stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor, educating employers and employees on the perks of novated leasing.
- Work closely with Savvys novated leasing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from introduction to settlement.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase Savvys share of the novated leasing market.
- Represent Savvy at business networking events, HR and fleet conferences, and industry functions.
About You
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or relationship management, ideally within novated leasing, salary packaging, automotive, fleet, HR services, or finance.
- A strong existing network within HR, corporate benefits, business owners, or employer groups is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a consultative and educational sales approach.
- Ability to confidently engage C suite and senior decision makers.
- Self motivated, results oriented, and comfortable managing a long tail sales cycle.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and convert partnership opportunities.
