We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer with front-end expertise to work directly with our client in building a remote monitoring and management dashboard for cardiac devices from leading manufacturers like Medtronic, Boston Scientific, Biotronik, and Abbott .
This is a unique opportunity to own the product end-to-end — from building sleek UI components to managing robust back-end APIs.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, test, and deploy front-end (React) and back-end (Node.js) features.
* Work closely with the CEO/Product Owner to translate requirements into functional, scalable solutions.
* Optimise application for maximum speed and performance across devices.
* Ensure high-quality code, automated testing, and adherence to modern development best practices.
* Contribute to technical architecture & decision-making as the team grows.
* Work hand-in-hand with UX/UI designers to deliver pixel-perfect, accessible, and responsive interfaces.
* Work directly with the CEO/Product Owner and collaborate across teams.
* A self-starter who can take ownership of full product modules .

Requirements
What We're Looking For
Experience & Background
* 10-12 years of full-stack development experience (HealthTech experience is a BIG PLUS).
* Proven track record of building end-to-end applications (front-end + back-end).
* Strong understanding of system design and scalable architectures .
Technical Skills
Front-End Development (Strong Focus):
* React.js (MANDATORY) – building reusable components, responsive layouts, and optimised front-end performance.
* Experience with state management (Redux or Context API).
* Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and integrating with APIs/ GraphQL .
Back-End Development :
* Node.js & Express.js (Expert level) – API design, microservices, authentication, and integration.
* GraphQL experience is highly desirable.
Database & Cloud :
* Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
* Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud (deployment, automation, CI/CD).
* Strong understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, containerisation is a plus).
* Ability to design and maintain scalable, secure architectures .
