Position: Retail Manager
Salary: $76,515 - $80,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation
Hours: 38 hours

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure efficient and profitable performance.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering to maintain product availability while minimising wastage.
* Develop and implement sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and merchandising strategies to increase customer engagement and revenue.
* Analyse sales performance, market trends, and customer demand to assist with pricing decisions and product range planning.
* Ensure attractive product presentation and high merchandising standards throughout the store.
* Manage store budgets, monitor expenses, and contribute to achieving financial targets.
* Maintain accurate records relating to stock movements, sales performance, and operational activities.
* Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
* Prepare staff rosters and allocate duties to ensure appropriate coverage during trading hours.
* Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally while maintaining high service standards.
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, food handling regulations, and company policies.
* Work closely with suppliers and management to support business growth and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
* Diploma in Business or Management (preferred but not required)
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a Retail Manager or similar supervisory position.
