About The Role
Lead two frontline teams that play a critical role in the patient and staff experience at Grampians Health. As Manager, Switchboard & Admissions, you'll oversee telephony, reception and elective admissions processes, ensuring timely responses, accurate data and a consistent, person‐centred customer experience. This role offers the opportunity to lead service improvement, support staff capability and drive operational excellence in a fast‐paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead day‐to‐day operations of Switchboard and Admissions
* Build rosters, capability, performance and team culture
* Ensure accurate patient and encounter data capture
* Drive service, process and technology improvements
* Maintain clear procedures and service documentation
* Deliver a high‐quality customer experience across services
Skills & Experience
* Experience leading and developing a medium‐sized team
* Strong process improvement and change management skills
* Clear, adaptable written and verbal communication
* Ability to perform in high‐volume, dynamic environments
* Experience in switchboard, reception or call centre roles
