We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented operators to support an upcoming records management project based in Stafford. This is a hands‐on role within a warehouse environment, ideal for candidates who enjoy structured, process‐driven work.
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday
* 7:00am – 3:00pm
* Project running from April through to August/September

* Multiple roles available
* Flexible workforce welcome (including students seeking rotating shifts)
Key Responsibilities
* Packing and tracking archived records
* Matching numeric data accurately
* Using handheld scanners for inventory tracking
* Handling and preparing historical documents for transport
* Maintaining accuracy when working with high‐volume materials
* Working on your feet for extended periods
Workplace
* Warehouse setting (non‐air‐conditioned)
* Dusty conditions due to archived materials
* Some documents may be made from pigskin materials
* Air‐conditioned break room available
Requirements
* High attention to detail (especially with numeric matching)
* Comfortable with repetitive, physical tasks
* Ability to stand and walk for long periods
* Meet daily KPIs
* Reliable and punctual
* Police check required
* Own transport preferred
