Account Manager – Outside Sales

Rose Pest Solutions, the nation's oldest pest management company (est. 1860), is looking for a driven, energetic, goal-oriented sales professional to join our growing team. Compensation:

* $5,000/Month guaranteed for the first 150 days (onboarding/training period)
* After 150 days: Base Salary of $39,600 + Commission
* Total earning potential: $48,100- $200,000+

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

* Prospect and build long‐term client relationships across a wide range of industries.
* Conduct on‐site assessments and deliver tailored pest management solutions.
* Partner with technical and quality assurance managers to solve complex challenges.
* Represent Rose as a consultative, solutions‐based sales professional.

Qualifications

* Proven success in sales and relationship management.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Self‐starter with strong organizational and time‐management abilities.
* Comfortable with in‐field assessments, problem‐solving, and client engagement.
* Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours.
* At least 18 years old with a high school diploma (or equivalent).
* Eligible to work in the U.S. with a valid driver's license and good driving record.
* Strong communication skills — able to read, write, and converse comfortably in English.
* Sales‐minded: experienced in building and maintaining long‐term client relationships.
* Organized, self‐motivated, and capable of managing your own schedule.
* Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends.
* Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, including varying weather conditions.
* Physically able to safely perform essential functions of the role (such as climbing ladders, lifting equipment up to 50 lbs., and accessing tight spaces when necessary).
