Our client is a top‐tier independent advisory firm that provides strategic advice on M&A, equity and debt raisings, and broader corporate finance projects to financial sponsors, as well as public and private businesses across sectors including Technology, Healthcare, General Industrials, and Consumer & Retail. They also have an international affiliate, allowing them to leverage experience on a global scale.
Due to a strong pipeline for 2026 and several new mandates they have won, our client is looking to hire multiple Analysts at various levels to join their Sydney‐based team. You will support the wider team across due diligence, financial modelling and valuation, data room management, preparation of pitch materials, client interaction, and deal execution.
There is a strong preference for candidates with end‐to‐end M&A deal experience and experience working at another investment bank or independent/boutique advisory firm. However, we will also consider candidates from M&A deal teams, Valuations and Modelling teams, and Transaction Services teams within the Big 4 accounting firms. You will receive strong support and mentoring from the wider team, including experienced senior leadership. All candidates must be driven, proactive, strategic, and forward‐thinking, committed to a career in banking, and keen to take ownership of their work.
