About the role:
Our Parts Interpreters provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers, leveraging their expert automotive/mechanical knowledge. They assist customers with product information and advice, problem-solve, provide solutions, and use sales techniques.
Duties include:
* Interpret parts
* Process customer orders
* Efficiently dispatch products and parts
* Promote specials
* Arrange buy ins
* Process customer credits
* First point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone)
* Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first
Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.

* Parts interpreting "know how" (your technical parts knowledge)
* Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
* Confidence in sharing your 'know how' and ability to communicate your knowledge
