Your role will focus on delivering reliable, user-friendly solutions that align with business objectives and support the organisation’s strategic goals. You will oversee the full lifecycle management of the Geological Survey’s geoscience applications, while also guiding the planning and development of system and platform enhancements and the geoscience systems improvement roadmap.Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the resolution of technical issues, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs), analysing recurring problems and implementing preventive measures to enhance system reliability, serve as the escalation point for resolving critical issues and proactively identify and address system issues to optimize performance and functionality.
