This full-time role is ideal for a hands-on professional with robust attention to detail, excellent computer skills, and a proactive approach to warehouse management.
Your new role
You will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate order fulfilment, inventory control, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with a close-knit team.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise pick and pack operations to ensure timely and accurate dispatch
- Manage inventory, including receiving, checking, and organising stock
- Operate warehouse software for order processing, inventory tracking, and reporting
- Conduct quality control checks and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
- Support broader warehouse tasks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years' warehouse experience, ideally in a supervisory or senior warehouse role
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficient computer skills including Excel and EDI cartonisation software
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
What you'll get in return
