Job Description
The Data Mission ( Job role )
The Performance Data Analyst is responsible for providing accurate, timely, and meaningful performance reporting and analysis across Bamara's Employment Services contracts, including Workforce Australia (WFA), Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA), Transition to Work (TTW), Parent Pathways and other employment-related programs as required. The role will support operational leaders by identifying performance trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement through the analysis of contract, participant, financial, and operational data. The position will play a critical role in helping Bamara achie ve contractual outcomes, improve service delivery, and make evidence-based decisions. This is full time role located in our Newcastle Based Corporate office.

* Extensive experience within Employment Services and a strong understanding of the Workforce Australia and/or Inclusive Employment Australia operating environment
* Understanding of Bamara Contractual Requirements
* Understanding of Bamara IT requirements
* High Level verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent Interpersonal skills
* Time management and organisational skills
* Advanced IT skills- expert level for spreadsheets
* Strategic thinker. Able to provide strategic advice, develop options, analyse risks, make good judgements, and solve problems
* Able to develop highly effective working relationships by building credibility, respect and rapport with internal and external networks
* Skilled and credible in advising others
* Creative, resourceful, and pragmatic with a positive 'can do' and solution focused attitude
* Can demonstrate successful experience in a data analyst role in an Australian business
* Power BI reporting experience (highly regarded)
* Must pass a current Police Check (ongoing requirement for employment)
* Must pass and have a current Working with Children Check and/or Vulnerable Persons Check (ongoing requirement for employment)
* Must be able to gain a MyGovid with standard strength
