Responsibilities
* Lead the strategic development and delivery of the Asset Management Program across Hard FM and ICT infrastructure, aligned to PPP contractual obligations.
* Own and continuously improve the Asset Management Plan, asset register, lifecycle planning and condition auditing frameworks.
* Drive whole‐of‐life asset strategies using data, analytics and asset management systems to support informed decision‐making.
* Partner closely with internal teams, project delivery, ICT specialists and external stakeholders to ensure compliant, timely and value‐driven outcomes.
* Provide trusted leadership, governance and reporting to support lifecycle works, audits, and long‐term capital planning.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in senior asset management roles within complex environments such as health, hospitals or large‐scale facilities.
* Strong knowledge of whole‐of‐life asset management, lifecycle planning, condition assessment and PPP contract models.
* Experience working across Hard FM and ICT infrastructure, with confidence using asset management and reporting systems.
* A collaborative leadership style with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Asset Management, Business or a related discipline.
